U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security Office of Foreign Labor Certification has completed their randomization process for H-2B applications submitted from Jan. 1 thru Jan. 3 2022 for requested start dates of April 1, 2022. USDOL received 7,825 H-2B applications for a total of 136,555 workers. The complete “Bucket List” will be published on USDOL’s website on Jan. 7, 2022.
